A half day refresher training revising the main topics of Human Factors, discussing and analyzing incidents and accidents which happened in the participant’s environment/
organization to get the ability for implementing Human Factors into the organization and developing safety nets.

Certifying staff, Quality Assurance Personnel and Accountable Managers, planning, technical services and maintenance staff.

Initial Human Factors training in accordance with Part m and Part 145.
