Dave Leach, I.Eng; AMRAeS, is our Director of Quality and Quality Manager. Dave has been in the aviation industry for 40 years this year and has many years of experience in offering Quality Management services to small and medium sized operators, maintenance organisations, training schools and manufacturing companies, from parachute clubs to national carriers. He is a ‘Form Four’ post holder for several of these companies.

Dave is experienced in writing compliance manuals and procedures that recognise a company’s capabilities and working practices. He does this in a way that enables the company to meet aviation safety rules with a minimum of disruption and provides training and support where changes are necessary.
