Welcome to AQMS
EASA regulations mean that business and general aviation are faced with a host of new rules that they have to implement. To help our customers meet their safety and airworthiness requirements in a way that is affordable and supports their business activities we founded AQMS early in 2008.
Business Aviation companies told us that they needed help making sense of the regulations and that they do not have the skilled and experienced staff to manage them. They are concerned about the effect on their business of having to employ new people and worry about what might happen if they do not comply with the rules.
We believe our customers can confidently concentrate on their business whilst knowing that, with our support, their airworthiness, safety and quality management systems meet EASA regulations
Dave Leach, I.Eng; AMRAeS, our Quality Director is an EASA Part 66 B1 and C Licensed Engineer with over 40 years experience in the industry and is an IS-BAO accredited auditor who has implemented aviation SMS since the mid 1990’s. Dave has provided Quality Management and Airworthiness support to small and medium sized operators, maintenance organizations, training schools, and manufacturing companies, from parachute clubs to national carriers. He is a ‘Form Four’ post holder for several of these companies. He produces compliance manuals and procedures that recognize and respect a company’s capabilities and working practices.
He does this in a way that enables the company to meet aviation safety rules with a minimum of disruption and provides training and support where changes are necessary.
Carole Leach, MA, has many years experience in aviation, she is a qualified health and safety manager and has developed safety management systems which meet the international business aviation standard and which can be fully integrated with environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
